2. Ctrl + key will increase the site's text

4. Ctrl key 0 to return the site to raise the original
5. Spacebar (SPACE) will download the site down.

Arrival and Departure Policy

Check in:3 PM-5 PM, Sunday-Friday.

Check out: 11:00 AM, Shabbat: checkout at 12:00. for later checkout - please contact us in advance and at additional cost.

Early check in is possible subject to room availability.

Our Reception office closes at 5 PM. If you will be arriving later, please notify us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please inform us what time you will be arriving by email/phone at least one day before your check-in.

Photo I.D. All foreign guests must have with them a valid passport and B2 tourist entry card at check-in to save V.A.T.

Please call half a hour before arrival and when parked so we can show you to your suite.

Our address is 21 Ha'Hagana st. Zichron Yaakov.

We recommend arriving by car (plenty of free parking by the premise). It isn't possible to arrive by bus and taxis don't operate on Saturdays and Holidays.

Terms of agreement

The credit card number is for security and backup in case of damages caused by the guests. Providing the credit card number and its details constitutes your agreement to this contract. To avoid any doubt, we note that signing this booking form constitutes agreement and approval for all parts of the reservation.

Terms of cancellation or change: Any change or cancellation less than 14 days before arrival date will be charged 50% of the transaction. Less than 48 hours will be charged the full amount.

People not included in this agreement are not allowed in the compound.

Animals are not allowed in the complex . Do not light a fire/candles or smoke in the rooms . No cooking or BBQ.

The place must be respected. There is no warranty on the property or valuables in any enclosure, theft, loss, burglary and fire.

Spa treatments

We offer a variety of spa treatments for your pleasure. Contact the office to book your treatment at a minimum of 7 days before your arrival if possible.
